Keep Field Day Safe and Healthy!<\/h2>\n\n- Stay Safe in the Sun <\/strong>
\nIf your Field Day is outdoors, make you sure to provide plenty of sunscreen, sunglasses<\/a>, and water to prevent dehydration.<\/li>\n- Rest Up<\/strong>
\nCreate a rest area. Another way to escape sun damage, this will give kids and adults a chance to relax before their next event. Gather up a tent, chairs, pillows, and water bottles<\/a> to make it
\nmore comfortable.<\/li>\n- Get Off on the Right Foot<\/strong>
\nRemind students to wear socks and a comfortable pair of tennis shoes. It\u2019s no fun participating in games with sore feet. Save the flip flops for a wacky Field Day game.<\/li>\n- Good Old H20<\/strong>
\nSet up water stations and make sure kids know where they can find them. It\u2019s important to stay hydrated throughout the event.<\/li>\n- Food, Glorious Food<\/strong>
