Fundraising Ideas:<\/p>\n

\"\"Dinner and a Concert<\/strong>
\nWork with your culinary arts department or a local restaurant and have them prepare a gourmet meal such as prime rib, twice baked potatoes, salad, green beans almondine, cheesecake.\u00a0 Have candle light,\u00a0Better than Linen<\/a>\u00a0tablecloths and napkins,\u00a0Silver Ring Plates<\/a>,\u00a0Silver Reflections<\/a>\u00a0Silverware.\u00a0 Set the tables up in the atrium area of your school and have the students wear black with white aprons and be the waite staff.\u00a0 In conjunction with the dinner, partner with your theatre department or music department and have them put on a play or concert.\u00a0 Sell the tickets for $20-25.\u00a0 You can also prepare the dinner as a take out.
\nProm Dress and Accessories Resale Boutique<\/strong>
\nCollect new and gently used prom\/bridesmaid dresses.\u00a0 Set up the boutique in an empty classroom or media center.\u00a0 You can also contact bridal shops and formal wear business to assist with the collection of the dresses and accessories.\u00a0 Set a date for the boutique to open, sell the dresses for around $40.00 or less.
\n\"Stars<\/a>Video Game Tournament<\/strong>
\nSet up video games and TV\u2019s around the gym or cafeteria.\u00a0 Choose a game that is popular with your student population.\u00a0 The students should pick teams of four, charge an entry fee $20.00 per team.\u00a0 Have each team member play the game and have a recorder to keep track of the points. The team(s) with the most points win.\u00a0Prizes would be given for the team(s) with the most points.\u00a0 Set up also a concession stand with soda, popcorn, chips, hotdogs.<\/p>\n

\nButler for the day<\/strong>
\nLet the seniors auction themselves off to be a butler for the day.\u00a0 The butler\u2019s responsibility would be to greet their \u201cemployee\u201d at the door, carry their book bag, get the \u201cemployees\u201d lunch.\u00a0 The butler should wear a funny hat or T-shirt.\u00a0 Have a special pizza party in the evening for all the students that participated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
