  Q: How can I get a current copy of your catalog?

Q: How do I place an order?
A: We offer four convenient ways to submit an order:
Online Orders:
You can shop by product category from our home page. To find your product faster, you can use our product Search function if you know the product number or product name. Our catalog product numbers match our site product numbers for your convenience. Once you have found an item, you can add it to the shopping cart for final purchase.

Telephone Orders:
Call our toll free number; 1.877.800.4665, and a Customer Service Representative will gladly take your order. Telephone lines are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. The best time to call is between 7 and 10 a.m. After completing your order, you will be given an order number. This number is important if you need to check on your order or if you need to make changes to your order. Keep your order number in your files for future reference. If you are required to send a purchase order in addition to calling in your order, mark the purchase order: “Confirmation of Phone Order. Do not duplicate.”

Q: Is this site secure for credit cards?

Q: What are my payment options?
A: Online orders must be paid using Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
A: Residents of the following state must pay applicable sales tax or provide a copy of tax exempt certificate: Minnesota.

Q: What is a set-up charge?
A: A set-up charge is a one-time charge per color per item to transform your artwork into printing screens, plates or dies. For embroidery, a tape is made to program automatic sewing machines. This one-time charge is in addition to the running charge or unit price per item.

Q: What is your policy on over-runs and under-runs?
A: We reserve the right to ship and bill for 10% over or under the ordered amount on custom imprinted merchandise.

Q: What are my delivery options?
A: Orders are shipped UPS whenever possible. Orders over 100 lbs. may be shipped by truck. UPS can reach all points in the contiguous U.S. within six working days. Shipping by truck may take 7-10 days.

Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
A: Simply call us at 1.877.800.4665. Customers who cancel orders will be billed for charges incurred up to the date of cancellation, as confirmed by our Customer Service Department.

Q: What about merchandise lead-time?
A: Lead (production) time varies by product. If you require your product by a certain date, please call 1.877.800.4665 for confirmation.

Q: Can I return my merchandise if not satisfied?
A: We offer a 100% Stress Free Guarantee on all merchandise we sell. If you are unhappy with your merchandise, call our Customer Service Department at 1.877.800.4665. You may return unopened stock merchandise for credit or refund less a handling charge of 15%. We cannot, however, accept returns on any items that are specially printed or manufactured for you. Please call your delivery carrier if your shipment is damaged upon arrival.

Q: Is it possible to receive a proof of my order before it is produced?
A: Yes. A paper proof will be sent, at your request, prior to production. There will be no charge for the proof if you place an order within 30 days. If the order is not placed within 30 days, there will be a $25 proof charge.

Q: What is an original design?
A: An original design is one that is unique to you, created specifically for your event. It could be drawn by a student, a teacher, or your Uncle Albert. But be aware that there is an extra charge ($14) for reproducing your original artwork. Original artwork cannot be requested over the phone or by fax. A clear black and white copy must be mailed with your order.

Q: What if I need my products tomorrow?
A: Alphabet U offers three methods of expedited shipping via Federal Express and UPS. Please call Customer Service at 1.877.800.4665 for more details. There is an extra charge for overnight, next-day-air or second-day-air delivery.
