We will ship open account to any school providing the order
is authorized by a faculty member or the principal. For
your convenience we also accept Discover, Visa, American
Express and MasterCard.

Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. A 1 1/2% monthly
charge (18% annual rate) will be added to past due accounts.
A service charge of $15 will be charged on any returned
check. Credit balances not claimed or used within 90 days
of invoicing become property of Alphabet U.

Warehoused items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours
after we receive your order.
We ship orders via UPS whenever possible. All merchandise
should be opened and inspected as soon as it arrives. Any
problem with shipping should be reported immediately to
Customer Service 1.877.800.4665. Expedited shipping is also

Orders originating in Minnesota must pay sales tax or provide
a copy of a tax-exempt certificate.
Returns:
(Top of Page) Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order with a return authorization number. Only unused and unopened merchandise with its original packaging and accessories will be accepted.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, therefore we encourage you to estimate your needs as closely as possible.
Due to health concerns, costumes, headwear, and food items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable items include; glow products, seasonal and/or dated items after the event date. All closeout sales are final and cannot be returned.
Imprinted items are non-returnable.
Returned shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Product received without a Return Authorization Number becomes the property of Anderson’s. Return policy subject to change without notice.

There is a $14.00 art fee for original designs. Orders that
require original designs should note this in special instructions.
All artwork should be sent to us as black and white or camera
ready.
Proofs:

A paper proof will be sent, at your request, prior to production.
There will be no charge for this if the order is placed
within 30 days. If order is not place you will be billed
$25.00.

Occasionally, however, a typographical error may occur.
While we try to portray our merchandise as accurately as
possible, colors may vary slightly due to the printing process.
How
to Order by Phone/Fax: (Top

1. Fill out the order form giving all necessary information
for each item ordered. Please sketch copy & copy placement
for each item. When you’ve completed the form, double-check
it!
2. Are you using
your own original design ($14 charge)? If so, you must send
the artwork in with the order. Please do not try to place
this order by phone or fax.
3. A faculty
member must sign the order to authorize shipment and guarantee
payment.
4. To save time,
the order may be phoned in by your principal or a faculty
member. Call our toll-free order line 1.877.800.4665.
5. Do not
mail the order form to us if you phone in the order. This
will result in a duplicate shipment. If your school
requires a purchase order be sent, please mark it CONFIRMATION
OF PHONE ORDER #-----. The order taker will give you the
order number when you place your order.
6. After your
order has been shipped you will receive an invoice. Please
pay amount due.
Less
than Minimum Quantity: (Top

If you need less than minimum please contact us. In many
cases (but not all), we can print less than minimum specified.
However there is a slight charge for this service.
Overruns & Underruns: (Top

Due to the variation in manufacturing of personalized items,
quantity shipped may vary from the quantity ordered by 5%
over or under. This will be considered fulfillment of your
order and you will be billed for quantity shipped.
