Just collect the signatures on the special board which we will send to you. There is a $10 charge for the board if an order is not placed or board is returned. Sign on the white side of the board with the special pen provided. Send us back the board and we will print all the autographs, plus your choice of design on the left side and copy in the middle on a 12 in. x 30 in. felt pennant in any standard ink color. Pennant has sewn-on felt edge strip.
